Shipping
We use International Express Mail Service for all international deliveries. Normally, our customers can receive their MBT Shoes in 5-7 working days. However, please understand additional delays may occur due to the high delivery demand and heavy load on postal services and customs.
If you want your shoes more urgently, you can contact us to arrange your order with UPS or DHL(3-5 days to arrive), however please aware that this kind of service may cause you some extra money for shipping (about $15).
We do not charge you any sale tax, but international orders might be subject to import taxes/duties, however, to make sure you can get the boots smoothly without paying any extra money, we ship out all the shoes marked with private gift. And according to our experience, customers from Canada, U.S., U.K.rarely have to pay any import duties to get their shoes. For information, please contact your local customs authority. Any such taxes are the responsibility of the parcel recipient and are not paid by our website.
Cancellations
Should you wish to cancel your order, you must email us immediately. In order to protect ourselves from the ill-meaning orders, cancel the order and refund for credit card payment will subject a 10% transaction fee (actually, the credit card payment gateway will charge us for every order, that's why we have this policy).
Shipped orders cannot be cancelled.
Return & Exchange Policy
As we provide you with the high quality products besides the first class service, we trust you will be satisfied with your purchase. However, should you, our valued customer, decide the merchandise is not satisfactory. Below is our return & exchange policy.
If you are not satisfied with our product, you must contact us within a week.
Return info:
- Before sending items back, you must contact us or submit a return request. Please be sure to contact us with in 7 days upon your item acceptance, because we do not accept your request out of this time range.
- All items sent back to us must be in original condition i.e. not worn, altered or washed, with all tags attached.
- What you got is what you have ordered, we promise of the right order package, in order to protect ourselves from the ill-meaning orders, if you send back a right item for a refund, all returned items will subject to a 15% restocking fee. And No refunds are given on shipping and handling charges.
- Please note, if you choose to mail the right merchandise back, you will be responsible for the postage, we will not cover the shipping cost of returns or exchanges of right order package. Besides,we strongly recommend that you insure the package and ship via a traceable method, as we cannot be responsible for lost shipments.
- All the items will have to shipped back to address we emailed you. We will refund you as soon as we get your returns.
Exchange info:
- To exchange a product, you must email us and inform us of the reason. We will then provide you with further instructions.
- We only accept exchanges for a different size or color within 30 days of the original order dispatch date. Please contact us with your Order ID and one of our customer team members will help you.
- You must contact us before sending the items back. All items sent back to us must be in their original condition i.e. not worn, altered or washed, with all tags attached. Worn or dirty items will be returned back to you.
- We strongly recommend that you use traceable shipping, as we will not be responsible for any lost parcels.

Delivery issue:
Normally, your local post will deliver the shoes during working hours, if there is no one to sign the parcel, they will leave an note about the delivery. You can go to your local post and get the package by yourself. However, they will only keep the package in their wearhouse for several days. So please contact your local post asap( normally we will notice you if the package is under "unsuccessfully delivery" status).
If the packages are returned due to no one to sign, we will charge you USD30 to resend the package, or 30% for the restocking fee.
